You can claim your prizes at our office: #50 L. Paredes San Diego Avenue (formerly Main Ave.), corner 10th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City. We are near SM Cubao and SM Hypermart Main Ave./EDSA. You can check the map here.
You can claim from Mondays-Fridays, 10:00a.m. - 5:30 p.m. starting November 14, 2011 to December 12, 2011 only (excluding holidays).
Unclaimed passes will be forfeited. Bring your I.D. to claim your movie pass. Someone else can claim your pass for you as long the person brings a signed authorization letter with a photocopy of your ID.
NOTE: It is important for you to call Ralph at 911-4171 the day before proceeding to our office to ensure that your pass is ready and that our office is open on that day. There are instances when our office is closed due to unexpected events.
Ayala Cinema passes for Alabang Town Center is valid for use until December 20, 2011 only. It is not valid in 3D movies, special screenings and certain films. Call the cinema beforehand to ensure that your pass will be valid on your preferred movie for the day.
